I own a VW EOS and had a problem with the convertible roof not going down. I stopped at OWASCO and was fortunate that I had the opportunity to deal with Kyle Verwey, Service Manager.
I had purchased my EOS from John Verwey, Kyle’s father, who operated Pickering VW at that time……I must say that the apple did not fall far from the tree in this case!! Like father….like son!
Kyle came to look at my EOS and spotted the roof problem within seconds!!! I am impressed and very happy! He is AWESOME! I will be bringing my EOS to OWASCO for servicing in the future!
