Everyone probably recognizes our Pre-Owned Brand Specialist Kyle since he’s been with our team for over 8 years! His favorite VW model is the Golf GTI and has been awarded the 4 year Silver award. He took Business Management in school and is VW certified. Kyle is married and has a beautiful baby girl. His hobbies include boating, wakeboarding, and hockey

Review: I own a VW EOS and had a problem with the convertible roof not going down.  I stopped at OWASCO and was fortunate that I had the opportunity to deal with Kyle Verwey, Service Manager.

I had purchased my EOS from John Verwey, Kyle’s father – who operated Pickering VW at that time…I must say that the apple did not fall far from the tree in this case!! Like father..like son!

Kyle came to  look at my EOS and spotted the roof problem within seconds!!!  I am impressed and very happy!  He is AWESOME! I will be bringing my EOS to OWASCO for servicing in the future!

He listens, accommodates and truly cares. He is a problem-solver and treats each customer with undivided attention. I live in Kingston–300km away–and I only get service at Owasco. That is how much I trust Kyle and his team. In a world that has become transactional, Kyle excels in relational, and that is why i continue to come back. Well done!
