UPDATE FROM THE SETTLEMENT WEBSITE: 

Settlement Claims Process to Begin April 28 at 12 p.m. ET

Starting on April 28th, Canadian settlement class members and U.S. customers with affected 2.0L TDI vehicles that were first sold or leased in Canada may submit claims for benefits under the settlement by way of an online portal on the settlement website or a paper claim form.

MY PRE-PAID APPRECIATION CARD IS EXPIRING, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please be aware that your Pre-Paid Appreciation Cards have an expiry date. It can be found on the front of your card.

If you are unsure how you would like to spend your money, please feel free to bring your card in before the expiry date and we will exchange it for in-store credit.


I WANT TO KEEP MY TDI AND WAIT FOR THE APPROVED FIX. HOW WILL I BE CONTACTED?
